Bargain Bin
Used, discontinued or factory seconds that are being offered below normal cost.
In our business, we occasionally have the opportunity to sell storm shelters and safe rooms at a much cheaper cost because of factory blemishes, used shelters from our Lease-to-Own program that were turned back, demo models from our various show rooms, and discontinued products.
The benefit of these products is that if you have struggled to be able to afford a storm shelter or safe room in the past, this just may be the opportunity you need.
Once these are in the ground or mounted in your garage, etc., you usually cannot tell these were ever purchased at a deep discount.
